INTAKE PROCESS
1. Complete a free 15 minute phone consultation
2. Complete a therapy intake form and schedule an assessment session
3. The assessment session will then determine appropriateness of music therapy treatment and recommendation for the length, frequency and goals of music therapy treatment in an individual or group setting.
